We have Four diffrent Villas for rent. Three of them are two rooms with king bed in master bedroom and a spare room for office or if needed we can put a full size bed. We also have a single room studio with queen bed. The villas are fully gated for security. All four villas are fully funirshed from bathroom to kitchen. They all have satalite tv, Wifi internet, cieling fans, gas range, patio and there is a room for your vehicle inside the gated area. There is also a open thrid floor were we have a enough room for BBQ, or just to enjoy the view. Villas Rosales are located two blocks from from the beach. There is public transportation, plenty of bike paths or hiking trails, or the beautiful beach were you can relax and enjoy your vacation. There is also several resturants along the beach. All four location have just been built in 2006. Rent is $400 dollors weekly or $800 dollors monthly for the two room villas or $300 dollors weekly or $600 monthly for the one room villa.
